Ayurveda Pure Well Being focus on clients who share common expectation of impeccable service, combined with the desire to experience optimal well being. Ayurveda provides a model to look at each individual as a unique makeup of the three Doshas and to thereby design treatment protocols that specifically address a persons health challenges.

Your first visit begins with a consultation and an in-depth diagnosis, expert pulse diagnosis, tongue, nails, constitution etc.. During your consultation you'll discover your predominant "body type" (Vata, Pitta or Kapha) and excess or deficiency of any Dosha . Ayurvedic practitioners will suggest specific therapies, lifestyle and nutritional guidelines to assist the individual in regulating the dosha(s). Herbal supplements may be suggested to facilitate the healing process. Our authentic Ayurvedic and highly treatments are performed by dedicated team using herbs and oils to help release imbalances, impurities, stresses, tensions and toxins held within your body. These treatments, while luxurious in nature, have profound healing and purifying effects. Ayurveda meditation techniques enable you to reach into your unbounded levels of Pure Consciousness to reconnect with the universal essence of life. Recommended series of treatments last from one to three hours. In many cases it is preferable to combine treatment with Panchakarma, so that mind and body respond optimally to treatment. Even if you do not want to begin with Panchakarma, the consulting doctor will recommend purification procedures to use at home for the removal of toxins.

Panchakarma is a purification program that rebalances the body, mind and consciousness. It is the central aspect of Ayurveda, promoting health, longevity and pure bliss through soothing detoxification treatments using massages and oil baths to remove impurities from the body. Panchakarma leaves you with a feeling of lightness, clarity and happiness. For many it is a profound experience, often inspiring a change of beliefs, lifestyle and diet. It is recommended that you take Panchakarma treatments at the start of every new season. Treatments can be for three days up to 21 days for maximum effect.

Clients talk wildly about both the experience of having the treatments and the results they feel afterwards.
