Your first visit begins with a consultation and an in-depth diagnosis, expert pulse diagnosis, tongue, nails, constitution etc.. During your consultation you'll discover your predominant "body type" (Vata, Pitta or Kapha) and excess or deficiency of any Dosha. Ayurvedic practitioners will suggest specific therapies, lifestyle and nutritional guidelines to assist the individual in regulating the dosha(s). Herbal supplements may be suggested to facilitate the healing process. Our authentic Ayurvedic and highly treatments are performed by dedicated team using herbs and oils to help release imbalances, impurities, stresses, tensions and toxins held within your body. A relaxing light massage using long flowing strokes and an abundance of warm oil infused with East Indian herbs to balance and calm. It will also help to remove stress and nourish the nervous system.
This is the Queen of Ayurvedic oil therapies. Oil is poured in a continuous stream onto the forehead from a hanging vessel. Shirodhara relieves stress and strain-related problems, slows aging, improves memory and nourishes the hair and scalp. It also prevents insomnia, nervous disorders.
This therapy plays a very important part in Ayurvedic medicine. Nerves from many organs terminate in the feet so massage helps to strengthen these nerves and restore health to many parts of the body. The marma (vital points) are massaged which gives balance to your Dosha and it is very helpful for people with insomnia, fatigue and cramps.
This treatment emphasizes release points around your eyes, nose and neck and helps you breathe and relax deeply.
Includes pouring of warm oil on the head followed by massaging of the head, neck and forehead considering the marma (vital) points, giving relaxation to the head which helps in releasing the stress and knots from the shoulder and neck region.

The practitioner will conduct an initial assessment to determine the cause of the problem in order to gain a better understanding of what soft tissues should be treated, and what techniques should be used.
This type of massage focuses on reducing chronic and acute pain and discomfort using deep pressure.
Trigger points are your body’s response to chronic or acute muscle overload. They are described as small knots or areas of spasms in your muscles that switch on to protect your joints and tendons. When you have chronic pain they can cause dull aching or shooting pain and stiffness. Trigger point massage aims to provide relief by “switching off” these reactions.
Pre-event Sports Massage and intense stretching is designed to increase performance.
Post-event Sports massage will assist to alleviate tired and overused muscles, removing muscle waste and stretching the tissues.
This type of massage uses light to medium pressure and focuses on reducing or relieving acute or chronic pain or discomfort.
Physical growing pains occur because the bones are growing more rapidly than the muscles. Massage will help to gently lengthen the muscles and stretch the tissues providing symptomatic relief of pain.
Acupuncture is a specialized intensive therapy to facilitate pain relief and many other conditions by inserting thin needles into the body at acupuncture points.
This natural healing system uses many different strokes that are applied to Acu-points and muscle groups to move ‘Chi’, or clearing blockages, in the ‘meridians’ of the body
Glass or rubber cups are applied to create suction on the skin, warming and promoting the mobilization of blood flow in order to promote healing. This type of therapy is typically used to treat musculoskeletal disorders such as pain in the lower back, shoulders, and legs.
Reflexology has roots on a millenary Egyptian technique that works on points mainly on the feet but also on the hands and ears, which correspond to specific areas of the body. Reflexology treatment helps to improve healing and health on all body systems. The pressure massage of reflex points stimulates the immune system and improvement of the physical body.
